Digital Credits & Purchases
- •All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
- •Credits are consumed immediately upon use (PDF generation, AI features, etc.) and cannot be restored.
- •By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that digital services cannot be "returned" like physical goods.
- •Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
Refund Policy
- •No refunds will be issued for credits that have already been used.
- •For unused credits, refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- •Technical issues that prevent service delivery may qualify for a refund at our discretion.
- •Refund requests can be submitted to our support email.
Subscription Terms
- •Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month.
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- •Pro subscriptions include unlimited CV downloads and AI features for the duration of the billing period.
- •No refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions if any Pro features (CV downloads, AI enhancements, or LinkedIn imports) have been used during the billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Service Description

- •LinkedIn profile data import (Pro feature)
User Responsibilities
- •You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide for your resume.
- •You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Limitation of Liability
ResumeCraft AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any employment outcomes, interview results, or decisions made based on resumes created using our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
